Come of this junction coming down the sliproad to the large oval roundabout.

Coming down the sliproad take the 2nd exit at the roundabout, signposted Woburn Road Industrial Estate.

When you see this exit, come off the roundabout towards the Industrial Estate.

Still following signs for the Woburn Road Industrial Estate you'll see a Premier Inn and Brewers Fayre on your left.

Go stright over this first roundabout.

At this next Roundabout, take the second exit.

The entrance to the Industrial Estate is well signposted.

Coming onto the Estate you pass Crestel on your left and Atlas on your right.

Further down Wolseley Road you pass Francos Ices on your right.

After you pass the Volvo truck centre, you take the left called Chantry Road.

The Chantry Road left turn.

Travel down Chantry Road until the last left turn at the bottom (200 yards).
